Propelld is a platform that facilitates lending by connecting students and education providers with lending partners. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Propelld acts as a facilitator between borrowers and lending partners. We do not directly lend money. All loan products are offered by our partner NBFCs and banks who are registered with the Reserve Bank of India.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding collection and use of your personal information.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Propelld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
